Georgia State University (August 2021 - Present)
My current research interests involve understanding first episode psychosis (FEPP), and schizophrenia spectrum / autism spectrum disorders from a Research Domain Criteria (RDoC) perspective. This perspective utilizes a transdiagnostic framework, using neuroimaging, clinical data, and genetic data to fully put together a broader picture of categorizing clinical disorders.
To this end, I am interested in combining my interests in neuropsychology, neuroimaging, and data science to understand schizophrenia / autism, and the relationship with other mood disorders (i.e. depression, bipolar disorders) from the RDoC framework.
My current projects involve studying hallucination symptoms in FEPP using a clinical and neuroimaging approach.
